I%26#039;m a total beginner looking to build a professional-looking personal website for posting artwork, writing, photography and the such. I know nothing of html, %26quot;hosting,%26quot; %26quot;domains,%26quot; (wtf?)...all greek to me. Nonetheless I%26#039;d like to get really good at it. Can anybody recommend any guides, books, magazines, or what have you, to get me started? My ultimate goal is to become a site-building guru; I don%26#039;t want some crappy generic homepage, I want to learn design as well as the technical, but like I said I%26#039;m starting with no working knowledge whatsoever. Thanks in advance, guys.

I would recomend you to hire a freelancers to setup the website for you, from then onwards you can just post your creations
