Dreamweaver web design- Making a menu button change that changes entire site w/o using frames. Can I

I am using dreamweaver 8. I have a multi page website (20+ pages) and I want to know if I will have to go through and change every page%26#039;s menu bar if I need to say, add a new menu button. Is there a way I can have the pages just link to a %26quot;master menu.%26quot; Also, I do not want to use frames.

You can do that using MS Frontpage as it uses its extensions in doing this, but I don%26#039;t recommend it anyway.

Otherwise, this should be done to be working dynamically, so you would need to use a programming language like asp, php, ... that way you can add/edit/delete menus as many as you want and it will update all of your pages.
