How do i submit my file to the internet?

and i want to know how i can submit my file EASILY.

You haven%26#039;t provided enough information about what you are trying to do... the program you;re using makes no difference f for instance you are trying to ftp a file somewhere... or email a file...

Any file can be sent over the internet inmany different ways / or using many different protocols... if you are building a website then usually you would ftp your files onto the domain hosting site... some programs like frontpage automatically start the ftp process when you click publish.... but it is still doing the same thing that you could do with any ftp program.

So if you are trying to upload a file to your own website then ftp it.
