How can I get a website?

I want to start an Online Magazine Publication. I need a website. How can I go about it in order to be publishing my daily/weekly articles including uploading photos?

Yahoo advertise domain name hosting, is that appropriate for me? Or MUST I need my own personal server. I%26#039;ve no idea on how to get a server, besides, I%26#039;m short of money. I want to start small and grow later.

It depends on what you require, sum up how much space you need, what name you can get, their service, support and ROI opportunities, the tools they bundle with the offer and the terms and conditions of the hosting company. In short recognise your needs and surf around for the best deal that suits you. Hosting companies provide you with the servers.
