Where to get hosted?

Hello I%26#039;m looking for good reliable sites for buy and hosting a domain. I recently signed up for 1%26amp;1 hosting and it hasn%26#039;t been what I expected. I%26#039;m not able to use custom designs unless I have a third party program, which I do not have right now. So I%26#039;m trying to find hosting somewhere else where I can use my own designs. Thanks in advance!

They offer hosting for as low as 1 dollar a month but I use the 3 dollar package because it gives you the online web builder.

I say this because of the freebies that they offer.

Message boards, Blogs, Private pages and you do not have to know how to program.
