I%26#039;m looking to create a site that functions like youtube. Now obviously vistors to the site wouldn%26#039;t be anything like youtube ,at most 1000 a week. I have the domain and hosting account secured, and on that hosting account i have unlimited domains and bandwith. Would the site be able to hold videos available to stream ? and/or what would the limited of videos be?

if you have unlimited then duh it will be able to hold as many as you want or how ever many people submit.

Other Replys:the problem with what you are asking is that you will need a hugee amount of storage space for the videos.
you can get unlimited bandwith but with so many videos the storage space will drain really fast. Another issue would be working on the different formats of videos~. you are going to need tools to recognize all this formats and their respective codecs.
