Other Replys:As far as buying a domain name and hosting.... go to www.arishost.com they offer domain names for $30 bucks and they INCLUDE FREE HOSTING. So, all you have to pay is the $30 bucks for the year and you%26#039;re good to go as far as your domain name and hosting is concerned. As far as designing a site..... If you are concerned with cost etc. I have seen a bunch of freelancers who are trying to build up their portfolios on www.craigslist.com. They will set up your entire website for a nominal fee just to get the experience and add to their portfolio. You could also create one yourself using Microsoft Front page (if you have that) and download a FREE template to use or an online website builder through yahoo or some other place (there are a TON of them online.)
