need more than 1 ftp account and has to be based in uk incase I need to ring them

Try heart internet, they offer a free hosting package with 1000 email addresses, but limited bandwidth but lots of space.

It depends how much you want to pay, but I have heard these guys are quite good.

For my other sites I bought the domain name through 1%26amp;1 as they are the cheapest at 鎷?.99 + VAT per year (http://order.1and1.co.uk/), and then transferred the domain to heart internet%26#039;s free web hosting, which is free but does have limited bandwidth so I only use it for basic websites and link the photographs in from my main site.
