How do I start my own Bus. & how do I build a Web Page?

I have been Disabled w/ MS. My husband and Kids are very supportive. I have been tryn to start my own bus. by Designing Tile Art and more. I want to do well but I don%26#039;t know what to do now that I have started. I have gotten a lot of feed back from my family and friends. I just don%26#039;t want the fire to burn out I really want to do very well. I know that this is something that can do very well I just want a Chance. Can anyone tell me what to do with getting my bus. started and . Tell me What to do Please HELP me making this work. I also want to start a business where I shop for people that are to busy or that hate to shop for them selves. Does anyone know where I should start?

Other Replys:If you hire a website designer to create your website, it will be very pricey. May I suggest that you get your own Domain name through www.GoDaddy.com ($10 each name per year) and than use www.LowPriceBuilder.com to create your web site.

I use http://www.LowPriceBuilder.com for few years. They only charge flat price, ($18 per month) ,and include Web hosting, Shopping Cart system,..... etc. This would be the most inexpensive way to have your e-commerce web site to go online. The builder allows you to create your web page easily without knowledge of programming language.
