On your frameset tag you can specify the attribute %26quot;frameborder=0%26quot; which will get rid of those ugly grey border lines. Below is an example of the frameborder attribute in action...

%26lt;frameset border=%26quot;0%26quot; frameborder=%26quot;0%26quot; rows=%26quot;20%,*%26quot;%26gt;

%26lt;frame src=%26quot;title.html%26quot;%26gt;

%26lt;frameset border=%26quot;0%26quot; frameborder=%26quot;0%26quot; cols=%26quot;30%,*%26quot;%26gt;

%26lt;frame src=%26quot;menu.html%26quot;%26gt;

%26lt;frame src=%26quot;content.html%26quot;%26gt;

%26lt;/frameset%26gt;

Hope this works for you!
