Can I use YouTube's video player on my site?

I plan on making a site based purely on odd/weird and insane videos that a few choice people find on youtube.

I was wondering if there any restrictions on putting their videos on my site (which will probably have ads on the side, if it matters)

And what these restrictions are such as a monetary payment, putting links to youtube on the pages, etc.

I%26#039;ve already have my domain and hosting, I just need the peace of mind that I%26#039;m not doing anything illegal. I can%26#039;t find a place anywhere where I could contact YouTube to ask them such a question.
